Escape to our newly renovated, family-friendly beach cottage just 1 mile from ocean beaches. Our space boasts an airy living room, brand new kitchen, and two cozy bedrooms, making it the perfect spot for a family vacation, romantic getaway, girls trip, and everything in between. Spend your day lounging at nearby beaches (Parker River Beach and Seaview Beach are 20 minutes away by foot / 3 minutes by car). Our cottage is centrally located and walking distance to mini-golf and local restaurants!

The space
Welcome to our beautiful 2 bed, 1.5 bath beach home! Our home is modern, beachy, and airy, with plenty of natural light flooding in through the windows in the morning and during the evening sunset.

Our living room is comfortable and cozy with vaulted ceilings, making it feel open and inviting. The living and dining area seamlessly blend together, creating an ideal space for socializing and relaxing. Our queen sofa bed is easy to open up for extra guests and is a comfortable and inviting spot for a restful night's sleep.

Our brand new kitchen is a highlight of the home, featuring modern appliances, new cabinets and countertops, and sleek finishes that perfectly complement the beachy aesthetic of the home. Whether you're a seasoned chef or simply looking to whip up a quick meal, our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Feel like firing up the grill? Use our Weber grill that’s located on our back deck.

Our primary bedroom is luxurious and inviting, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed that's perfect for a restful night's sleep. The ensuite bath is an added bonus, providing a private oasis where you can unwind and refresh after a day of exploring. Feel free to use our washer & dryer which is located in the en-suite bathroom.

Our second bedroom is equally charming, with a cozy bunk bed that's perfect for families or groups of friends. The playful design of the room creates a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages.

In the hallway is our full bathroom that has been newly refreshed for guests to enjoy.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered! Complimentary towels and bed linens are included with your stay. Forgot your shampoo and conditioner? We include that too. Need a boost of energy? We get your day started with k-cups.

There is ample parking for 2 cars along the side of the house. Drive 3 minutes to the beach or take a nice and relaxing stroll down Seaview Ave towards several ocean side beaches.
